Need help, windows update ate my computer.

i dont know where to get help but id much appreciate this stays in this sub for a reason. a lot of people are computer fanatics and i need some help. i was playing a league game and my computer started acting funky. i shut it down and it said there was an update. i turn it back on and my computer is 100℅ jacked. takes super long to load and mouses dont work anymore. headset was ejecting itself as in couldmt hear anything. folders dont close basically its 100% screwed. i check for system restore and boom what do i know windows had an update. im not sure what to do my monitor wqs dimming itself losing light until it completely blacked and restored. would appreciate some help.
