Jungle Boosting Strat

I had the most boring unfun game of league ever, was against a Yi Jg and a Taric mid lane doing the old boosting strat again. This was so frustrating to play against cause there was literally nothing we could even if we CC'd the Yi to all high hell he'd still kill us all. Please do something to get this out of the game already, make the Lane Gold punishment you have on the JG items on if they have smite or something. Find a way to get rid of this already.

Remove scuttle foremost and balance the jungle camp exp to bring in diversity then will see this strat go back into obscurity but we already know they won't do this as they don't like admitting to mistakes in the first place.
