Are ranked queues broken

I played 4 raked ganes and my thing still says 1 of 8 games. Im also definately not iron 2 and will probably get b3. Im 2/3. Even if i do get iron somehow, i will easily rush it back to b1 2 days tops. Anyways why does it say 1 of 8 games if i played 4.
