PLEASE Make Keybinds/ Quickcasting Champion-Specific.

Keybinds, also known as hotkeys, are options that allow you to set a function (ex: using your Q or laughing) to a different key than they are originally bound to. This is not to be confused with quick-casting, which simply allows you to use an ability/ spell immediately based on cursor location, as opposed to taking several clicks. Keybinding and Quick-casting is a crucial part to league of legends if you want to maximize your ability to react to a multitude of different scenarios.
The Problem: Keybind/ Quickcasting options stay the same throughout each game regardless of which champion you are playing. While this might seem optimal, every champion has a different kit and different demands as far as keybind/ quickcasting goes. Here are some examples of where this issue has been prevalent based on my experience.
Example 1: Lissandra Self-cast I play Lissandra a lot, and I like to bind my immediate self-cast ultimate to T so that I can react to situations as quickly as possible. However, because of the close proximity and easy usability of the T key, I also like to use it to auto-attack stutter-step. The use of T as a self-cast is nearly exclusive to Lissandra for me, however I often find myself forgetting to reset it to T every time I enter a game with Lissandra, which will often cause me to die needlessly as i'm wondering why my ultimate isn't going off.
Example 2: Shield's N' Stuff This is something i'm sure most of you will be able to relate to, as opposed to the first one. Certain champions have kit's that are almost designed as supports, yet they are primarily found in solo lanes, for example Lulu and Kayle. These champions, as they solo lane, would often benefit from being able to immediately use their ultimates, and other abilities, on themselves, which often requires fidgeting around with keybinds and quickcasting. But every time you play them you either have to remember to mess around with all that stuff (provided you don't only one trick pony these champions), or suffer the consequences of forgetting and once again, forfeit a first blood.
The Solution: Make it so that we can have different "sets" in our settings for different keybinding/ quick-casting setups. Say I want a Lissandra set, or I want a Kayle set. Furthermore, give us an option, using a checkbox or some variant, to always have this setup used for that specific champion BY DEFAULT so that it is impossible to forget.
