New que process takes 25 minutes

This new que system is really nice with the exception of the Must lock or kicked feature. I've waited over 25 minutes to play the game. I've never been so underestimated in my entire life... I just want to play the game. Also I have a mixed feelings about that champ pref pick at the starting. If you want to keep that in the game, make it much shorter, 8 seconds or something. I can't wait around 25 minutes to play a damn game.. Fix it please
