Buffs and champ picks in proplay

So with 7.14 duskblade is super op, but I am aware its being nerfed in 7.15, however, once 7.14 hits competitive play like na/eu challenger / lck / lpl / eu na lcs, can we expect to see duskblade busted abusing champs like Quinn be picked up by pro teams?
