Rammus main

I need your help :3 I'm trying to add Rammus to my character pool. at the moment I only have poppy so I'm used to full tanks. what should I be building, there's a lot of guides telling me a lot of different things (most of them are outdated)

I've played 2 games atm (won them both), but usually i expect to do something and end up getting mowed down, especially in early could you please give a newbie Rammus some tips. (I'm gold 1 nearly into plat thanks!
