So ranked is locked right? But we can still climb and it'll impact our placements?

you can still climb, but it won't affect your 2016 season ranking. i think the impact it has for next season is very small, you'll probably end up a few divisions lower then you ended last season no matter how well you do in placements.
I just did a rank game. An it said i just did flex so not solo que. I mean ._. maybe solo que is down right now
