Why does this happen to me :/

3 times now I'm failed in my promos 1-2 because people and games like this. This zil trolled so hard and was spamming the whole time pretending like the chat was behind and he was testing it. This yi also yelled at me when I told him to get other people fed cause all he did was just last hit champions and did nothing but farm the whole time. How can people say elo hell isn't a thing when this happens every game and then I get yelled at for throwing the game when I'm the only person ahead and fall off because the whole other team is super fed. Is there any way to prevent this from happening?
