Zoe True Dmg scale down please?
That stuff ..its insane....i mean, DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANG....anyone else feel that way?

Nope. Her true damage caps at her E's base+ AP damage, so even if she hits a 1700 damage Q, the True damage is only 500ish. True damage from other sources is much higher (Cho Gath, Vayne)
the true damage is not that big and he has to hit u with a follow up spell or auto to even trigger it
