Riot about promos and leaving the champ select!

So right now if you dodge a champ select and you are in promos you lose one promo game (for some weird reason)

Anyway that not my problem my problem is that we need safe net for people who are in champ select and they get random power line cut or DCs....

Because special in the summer time the power line struggle to keep up with the need of energy and some times they cut off everything for a second and they bring back the power line back so you pretty much cant control it and you have no info..its not like the winter that it have a heavy storm outside then it stupid to play games but now in the summer you just dont have any info!

So can we put a safe net for situations like that?

My suggestion is when someone try to leave a ranked game to get a message that would ask him twice before actually dodge this player who actually press yes twice they will get their punishements!

But when a player never click yes to anything and the game just dodge to not get any punisshment because simple it would mean that the power line cut and the pc just shut down!!

And in order to this to not be abused from players just closing their pc this would have 1 time use so if you close your pc because you want to abuse the system the next time you would not have anything to save you

And this could be easily refresh every 2 or 3 days!!

I know it may sound hard work but promos are already hard as they are because you need to win 60% of the games plus 2 games determine your whole soloQ thing...to have on top of that problems that you cant control its kinda stupid
