New/reworked champs shouldnt be allowed in ranked for 2 weeks

As simple as the title sounds... New/reworked champs should not be playable in ranked matches for a 2 to 3 week period. Players trying to learn a new champ in ranked ruins ranked atmosphere. Games are not balanced as in some cases you have support/ adc mains trying a mid lane champ theyve never played in a lane they dont play. Likewise for say a new adc champ being played by a top lane main. Makes for unfair games on both your team and the enemy team. Another point is if you ban the champ your teammates will intentionally troll you even if you looked up their op.g and they have a 20% wr on the new champ and clearly have no interest in trying to win a ranked match.

also some champs on release are absolutely bonkers broken or damn near unplayable. community feedback, yet another reason time should pass before allowing them in ranked

easy fix: the champs are not even playable in ranked for the first 2/3 weeks. Tired of dealing with these "Qiyana mains" with 3 games played all losses ruining ranked matches
