How do I play Elise jungle against Lee Sin jungle?

I have been playing league for a bit under 2 years, though I stopped playing for a bit part way through, and I am just now deciding to learn jungle. Elise is my main for jungle, she may not be the most forgiving for new junglers, but I really like her so I'm just learning her anyways. I've seen a lot of Lee Sins so I should learn this match up well.

I'm wondering if there's any subtle differences between Lee Sin and Elise that I need to keep in mind. I know he's tankier and does better damage by a bit, but lacks as good cc and the spider rappel. Other then that we are both strong early gankers.

Can I 1v1 him early in his jungle if I land my cocoon? I think it's possible if I hit my cocoon but otherwise I will lose, but I'm not totally sure. Is there any particular general stagey? or is it just that we are both gank heavy early junglers and we just have to respond to what each other and our teams do?
