Twisted Treeline + River

I feel like there should be some kind of river added to Twisted Treeline to add more versatile gameplay, especially with river runes and now Qiyana ( who uses the river as an element that is vital to her kit )

It could even run straight thru the middle, where the heals and altars are.

After playing Qiyana for a bit, I've felt like she may be very good in Twisted Treeline but lacks that ice element due to the lack of a river.

What are your thoughts?
