New season = insant demotion
Took my whole summer to get from bronze V to silver III last year, Now im bronze 1

There is no flaw, people dont take the time to understand there was a whole new tier added last season meaning that placements pushes everyone down. low plats ==gold, gold == silver, etc.. They said you will be placed lower than your division last season and that's if you win 10/10. There is nothing wrong with the system, people just have not taken in account master tier.
