Checks and balances of dynamic queue

Every game I play, it feels like I'm playing vs a premade team. This is not good because I really really prefer to solo. I feel that if you can't get to a certain rating by yourself, then you don't deserve that rating, anyways. I can't prove that I'm playing vs premades in the majority of my games and I think that's a problem. They say that there's a 5% chance that a premade team will go against a bunch of random players but if it happens how do we know? And when it happens what compensation is there? Since there is no mmr penalty for going into dynamic queue together, the people who didn't queue together are at a serious disadvantage and are very likely to lose and if they do win a tough battle, there's no bonus. Now I admit, I'm a bit paranoid but I think it's justified. Riot has a history of bugs and it's well-known that "spaghetti code" was used. If there was a bug with the matching-making system itself, how would we know? Riot has forbid the showing of duo/dynamic queue partners and has removed all methods to check mmr... interesting. If your matches were completely imbalanced, there is nothing you can do in your defense, nothing you can check to verify if you were fairly matched. You could say that if the system didn't work properly then people like Bjergson, NB3, etc., wouldn't be at the top of the rankings but what if specific player profiles are bugged? How would you know? How could you check?

A big problem I have with DQ is that it feels like there's a lot more variance. If you're vs a good premade, you get stomped way harder than in solo que and get completely starved out. I also feel like I have less influence than normal (for example they'll run coordinated invades in my JG and starve me out).

You really can't know who you're playing vs and that's also a problem with rankings for it. You can get a DQ ranking solo, trio w/e but they reflect different things.
