Can someone review my games for {Solely Tristana}

I've decided to dedicate my climb to Tristana, since i've been able to manage high scores with her. I get so sick and tired of dropping elo {S1 to S3} because a game wasn't closed out, and bam bad tf we lose. Obviously i'm doing something wrong. Anyone free to review and go in detail how to fix this. Feel free to nitpick other stuff like csing descion making etc.
