Can we change skins in game?

Can we get the option to change skins in game? Would give incentive to own multiple skins for the champ and also use of less desired skins where I wouldnt want to use it if I had to only pick 1 skin to use in a game, but would be nice to get some use from it

Prior problem would have been that the other players are getting used to how something looks in a game and know what it is then be surprised with something else (been dodging gold syndra balls but now they're blue?) but with the new lux ultimate where her abilities can be any color at any time, RITO doesnt seem to care about that
