new clients messing up

Im not raging or anything but the clients having problems especially when linking with other players. Im now being unfairly penalized for the clients failure to acknowledge that i've join the rank queue. I don't know why you have this black loading screen up (maybe from all the shit you have loading up for the interactions....) but please fix this shit. I don't want to lose lp,time, and get blacklisted or banned cause of your wonky client.
