True Damage

So when are the nerfs for Garen and Fiora coming? Now that you completely ruined two champions and gave them absurd True Damage essentially removing all counter-play it would be nice if you kindly removed the completely unnecessary true damage from Garen(the tank who is unbeatable in lane, and if you do beat instantly f***s you when he gets back with true damage), and toned down Fiora about 100% (Seriously why does Riot keep putting true damage onto champions? Its been ruining the game since Irelia, Vayne, and Yi remake, all of which had time as completely broken champions, and are arguably still so).
