@Latency [Nexus Seige] - Bard Suggestions

The gametime of Nexus seige (per side) is typically around 12-15 mins. In this time, even if I collected all of Bard's chimes. I won't exceed 30 chimes. Not even getting an AoE meep blows. Anyway you can balance Bard for the next time Nexus Seige comes up to get additional effects every 2 or 3 chimes (like in all other game modes)?

Also, after Bard puts a turret in statis through Tempered Fate, it puts a timer on the towers and we can't use the seige defense item until the timer is off. Not sure if this is intended, or a bug.
