The minion pushing changes are finally live

And they suck. When you're behind you can't do anything but farm under turret now, and even then you get dove by champions who can drop aggro so easily and take so little damage from the paper turrets that we have now that farming under tower isn't even safe. Now any early lead is even more gg because we don't have any lane pressure even if we win a mid game teamfight. If you win a fight you should be able to push an objective but now the team who is behind cant even do that reliably, meaning they fall even further behind with no tower pushing pressure.
