Additional sort options for Champions in the store

Hi Riot,

Could you please add a "Winrate, Ascending" sort option to the champions in the store so that all the retard metaslaves (no offense to retards, sorry for associating them with metaslaves) don't have to travel all the way to Champion.gg when picking their next champion?

P.S. When is Garen gonna get nerfed? He's consistently been 52.5-54% winrate for the last few patches and everyone hates him except for the people that play him.

I have no experience with Ember.js but plenty of experience with Angular and it is pretty fucking easy to build a webapp so it seems like a billion dollar company could do a better job than having bugs left and right.
