So im just wondering why is
burst allowed to exist but
isn't when its pretty much the same except for the fact that
gets somewhat tanky making it hard to kill her

akali goes invisible, has no skill shots, uses energy and an ult on a recharge system.
Diana needs to land a skill shot to assassinate someone, has huge mana costs, and decent cooldowns.
Because Diana needs to land her Q to make full use of her ultimate? It's funny how Diana has rolled around to being op now when years ago when she was released the forums unanimously said she was a worse Akali.
Akali needs a full rework so she is not the shitty version of Diana, Akali legit has no game identity simply because Diana exists as her superior.
Akali uses energy on her QWE and has a 3-ammo R system that recharges quickly and even resets a charge on champ kill. Akali can chase runners easily and makes enemy flashes ALMOST useless unless they're going over terrain that akali doesn't have vision of.Akali abilities are low cooldown and because of energy, easy to cycle twice or so, also akali has shroud, which gives her time to avoid being hit and time for her cooldowns to come off and energy to recharge, also has built in sustain.
Diana has mana and some decently meaningful cooldowns on her W and E. She has decent jungling thanks to her aoe abilities and the shield on her W. She has an ability that can make her autos strong as well, but hers is every third hit, though nice that it is a somewhat cone-like aoe in front of her. Instead of having a shroud, she has her shield W to help her duel. Her Q can harass a bit better than akali Q since it's a skillshot and can help clear waves, making her 1-5 lvls easier to lane as opposed to akali. Her E is a nice CC ability but offers not a lot outside of that and even has a high cooldown. Her ult is yes very similar and involves more skill. She can potentially chase much much longer than akali as long as she keeps landing Q's to eliminate her R cooldown, but once she misses, her R only has one more potential use until it goes on cooldown. it may be a short time, but it's long enough to potentially deny her the kill.
