Yes, there's no counterplay for her juking and burst.
It is the preseason. Nobody knows what the fuck is going to happen. For all we know the mastery changes negatively affect her in a way we cannot imagine. Perhaps one of the AD items causes her problems. Perhaps The Rift Herald means roaming bot isn't as important or strong. Perhaps the meta shifts towards tankier champions because one of the tank masteries is overtuned (I have my doubts about the damage reduction one).
There is little reason to ask for nerfs at this stage because when the next patch comes down, shit hits the fan. Everything changes.
