Champion rebalances for ARAM (Since every other map has them)

Before I begin, I'd like to say that I'm getting all my information from lolking.net. More specifically, using Google the top search result for "LOL ARAM Win Rates" will be the graph menu from which this information comes. Lastly, this is coming from the most recent month of data ( 10/15-11/14) for the NA server in Normal games.

Looking at the month of data ( easily 400k+ games) the win rates of champions are far more extreme then any other game mode. Galio (64.1), Sona (64.1), Lux (63.3) Heimerdinger (63), Ziggs (61.9) and Kog-Maw (61.8) all have above 60% win rates. This is compared to the highest of 58.8 in Crystal Scar (Urgot), 58.6 in Twisted Treeline (Malzahar), and 54.8 in Summoner's Rift (Brand).

On the other hand the lowest win rates go to Bard (34.3), Evelynn (37.2), LeBlanc (37.9), Kha'Zix (38), Rek'Sai (38.1), and Akali (38.3). The only champion on another map with this low of a win rate is Thresh on Twisted Treeline (37.4). The Crystal Scar's lowest win rate champion is also Bard but it it not nearly as low (39.5), while on Summoner's Rift the bottom champion is Ryze (40.8).

Comparing the highest and lowest win rate champions on each map, I then came up with these numbers. Galio is 1.87 times mores likely to win than Bard on Howling Abyss. Twisted Treeline's biggest difference is Malzahar who is 1.57 times more likely to win than Thresh. Crystal Scar is better with Urgot being 1.49 times more likely to win than Bard. Summoner's Rift is the best with Brand only being 1.34 times more likely to win than Ryze.

All of these numbers quantify something most people already realize, that the champion** RANDOMLY** assigned to you before the game starts has a huge impact on whether your team wins or loses. Summoner's rift gets the most attention for balancing, and rightfully so since that's the map used for ranked and professional play. But plenty of players play ARAM regualarly, if not almost exclusively. The random nature of ARAM naturally makes it hard to fine tune a champion due to players using champs they're not familiar with and don't play very often. However, despite these things with win rates as extreme as 64.1% and 34.3% it is very well possible to release minor reblances that will make champ select seem less like a determination of which team will win and instead just a way of beign assigned a champion.

For anyone who took the time to read thorugh all that, Thank You!!

I'm not entirely sure how the process works of trying to get feedback from RIOT or potentially getting them to take action is, but I figure having this post be popular and heavily commented on can't hurt, right? So please give this an up-vote and leave a comment if you're an ARAM player like me, and let's see what happens!
