What is it about Bronze 2

Not sure what it is about bronze but Damn. The moment I hit bronze 2 its like a Brick wall with Gandaluf standing there shouting " YOU SHALL NOT PASS"

I can go amazing but every team is just some horrible feeder who ends up feeding and I lose, or teams who refuse to work together.

I don't know what else to do I've tried duo queueing but I can't be on all the time most people I play with end up getting another person to play while i'm at work and or what not and then they stop playing once they get out of bronze..

honestly I don't know what else to day its kinda disheartening.
