What would happen?

I'm curious if league made a game mode where Bots learn per game and become tougher the more you play. The harder they become, the more of the items that were once removed from the game, come back and become available for in game purchase. Either way, I'm sorta interested in a harder challenge, but not to the point where its up against that's a little tilting.
