Invisible vs vision granting abilities.

So i had a game a little bit ago where i'm fairly sure that my teams Jinx managed to tag a Vayne with her Zap ability. Despite this it seems like Vayne was still able to use the invisibility of her roll + ultimate to get away and win the fight. I'm curious if this is working as intended, or if there is an issue where invisible granting abilities are over riding vision granting abilities.

I am also unsure how this might be effecting camouflage abilities if the target gets tagged by a vision granting ability.
