Kai'sa's ultimate

I have an annoying problem with her. As most of the people reading this know that to ult someone, they must have a stack. A circle of around 500 appears around them and you can ult anywhere in that circle if you are in range. Unless the champion is not in the circle even though it hits the range of your ult. I request that someone fixes this by making the range smaller and you can ult to the circle even if the champ is not in its range or vice versa. Thanks.
