Connection issues

After the game I'm forced to exit the client and after it took forever to boot it back up it showed this message and I'm still not able to log in. I also clicked on the server status link which came up dead for about 2 minutes before finally giving the all clear. My connection to everything else including other online games is fine so what's the deal? My ping and fps were both fine when I was disconnecting but I was unable to move.
