Dynamic Locked Camera

Currently there is Locked Camera and Unlocked Camera Locked Camera is great for people new to the game so they don't lose their champion and its less micro actions to make. Its also handy for kiting giving you more time for skill shots and AAs. However it significantly decreases your field of vision and makes some long ranged skills useless.

What if you could Lock the Camera BUT move the camera around still with your mouse. But where ever you leave the Camera it follows your Champion from that point. So example I could set the camera to have my champion to the bottom left corner of the screen I could then move and the camera would follow keeping my champion at the bottom left of screen.

So you can still freely move the screen but it follows your champion. This would be fantastic for certain champions like Ashe for example who has to do a lot of kiting and it would help new players transition to unlocked camera easier.
