bug splat

When is RIOT going to fix this bug splat crash right before a game starts??!!! Can't you identify it sooner at log in? Why do I have to suffer LP lost, demotion, and leave buster? for this bug splat nonsense?! Unacceptable! Who's the inconvenience in that situation really?
