People say Fiora is broken. What about Riven???

My points won't be perfect, and my thoughts may be illogical considering I am Silver 4 who only plays norms.

So I started looking over forums yesterday, seeing many senior members saying Fiora is broken and it is unfair that it is avoiding nerfs. I do agree with it, but I would like to address the problem that has lasted longer:

Riven has ability to do nearly 300 damage in sudden in level 1, assuming you know how to cancel your auto's motion with Q and if you carry something like Thunderlord. None of the top lanes are capable of doing this much amount of damage in early levels except the ones like Darius, Renekton with sufficient Fury, Illaoi who has taken out enemy's spirit, Fiora, and others. But aforementioned champions are easily screwed over by getting camped. For instance, Darius is just killed if it has no Flash (I know it just Double Kills Jungle if it has 1-3 kills already but), Renekton's E cooldown is very long before its Cooldown build is complete, Illaoi has to die or 1v2, etc. But what about Riven? It escapes HELLA fast using QQQ or E, and E gives shitload of shield even if you build full AD, which is kinda stupid and unfair when you also try to trade with her in lane.

So far the only flaw I see from her is that her Q cooldown is long early game and she has next to no health regen, but this is easily compensated by rushing Tiamet (cheaper than last Season) and Ravenous Hydra, Cooldown boot, and Black Cleaver. That way she can just spam mobility + damaging moves that can be used 3 times with CC for every 8- seconds. Tiamet makes up her health Regen, and starting Doran's Shield helps her survive early game.

I personally think Riven has been Riot's lovebug (sorry if it sounds so biased but) for that has always been avoiding nerfs. It is the Top lane that has one of the best mobility, has 2 CC, has a shield that is almost thick as Sion's even if she builds full AD, and her ult just turns her into a monster.

My way to deal with her was using Top Hecarim last Season who could win vs Riven on 1v1 in top before level 6, but top Hecarim is just terrible nowadays. Nowadays, I cannot deal with her without using stuff like Darius or Illaoi, and I end up getting camped, and I can't even try to trade or push without placing wards and I am forced to use Control Ward every time I recall. If someone here could address why Riven has such traits or have any criticisms or advices for me, I will appreciate it. Thanks for reading.
