Jhin is the perfect example of what a ADC should be
Long-range, consistent single-target damage while not bursting and still being squishy and immobile enough to assassinate, and mainly noticeable mid-late game.
If every ADC was somewhat like Jhin, things would be so much more balanced. I get some differences like Draven being close-range and more bursty, or Graves being closer range for AOE, but when every ADC is bursting and mobile and a ton have AOE, things get a bit... awkward.
