Matchup with new guys

why I always matchup with new guys, I mean I always have the new player teammates, and it seems like bronze teammate vs diamon enemy , what is going on man? I lose all night, every game I try to carry, but I still cant 1v5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, those teammates never listen to you, if you get ahead!. then I never get carried by others, why so this game is really hard to move on, somethigns, I try to find some flaws on myself, but you can see my history, I always can do the most damage in the game, but still lose, made me ffukcign upset!. I have this matchup have some problem! NA server should change it!. when I play other server, the bad luck day not always like day by day!
