FQC and ROA

are basically at this point the must rush AP Items they are the what id say the equilevant for AP champions

lets see here FQC -beyond gold efficient and even pays gold back -an amazing active -mana,ap,true damage and mana regen,c'mon how can you say no to that

ROA -relatively good components for building it especially since one of its ingredients can provide a form of sustain(and the roa itself) -Gives a lot of AP,HP and Mana -gold efficient but it does have 1 con -terrible when super super behind and you get it at the 20 minute mark
