I think we went the wrong way with the veigar nerf

I think rather than his skillshots getting needed I think that his ult should of had the 80% ap removed. I think that that is the source of the toxicity of veigar because if you kill veigar a bunch of times as an ap mid you gain ability power therefore making veigar do more damage to you regardless of how low veigar ability power is. Also to throw this in... If veigar kills 2 Enemy's with his q he gains double the ap. This is way too easy to do. Veigar basically just plays safe till he can rape you. I'm not saying th at he is op but I think that his toxicity was completely overlooked and they threw a random nerf at him to compensate.
