Two things the game needs, to the benefit of both new and old players
I'll explain both in detail, but the basic ideas are as follows: at least 1 tutorial for each champion subclass, (12 in total), and a PSA video regarding the frequency of changes to the game and the importance of reading the patch notes, to remain on the front page of the client for all players under level 30.
First, the tutorials. While I agree it would be asking too much if I suggested a tutorial for every single champion, 12 is definitely a reasonable request. These tutorials would give a relatively in-depth guide as to the strengths, weaknesses, and build paths of each subclass. For example, the tutorial for Vanguards would stress their weaker early dueling potential, their need to purchase armor and magic resist, and their tendency to be the teamfight starters due to their high defense. Meanwhile, the tutorial for Marksmen would stress their vulnerability to burst damage, their need to purchase attack damage and lifesteal items, and their tendency to stay behind Vanguards to attack from afar.
Second, while the frequency of changes to the game makes things seem fresh and exciting even after a long break, it also makes learning the game incredibly difficult. A PSA to remind new players of this fact would do a great deal towards keeping them informed.
Newer players would no doubt benefit from these two changes. Older players will benefit by an increased pool of players who actually know how to play the game.
