Ranking System

I feel that this ranking system picks (bronze through plat) out of a hat. I really do not understand when i join a ranked game(i am gold) get matched with all other golds and they have no idea how to play the game, I started in bronze this season and got to gold like nothing, now that I am gold i feel its worse then bronze, every game I play is like 10-30 by 20minutes, then ill say something in chat and get reported by all the trolls and get muted but its okay for them to go 0/15 trolling, worst ranking system na.
