Illaoi Top is Broken?

Hey guys gnar is op against this dude Stand behind minions and just kite and he does no dmg lol

Didn't find the right place to post this and tired of looking on my phone and not PC. So here it it. I have played her a few times and op is an understatement. I play against her and get shut out. Haven't tried gnar yet. Unless it's been nurffed and I haven't seen yet. Her stat scale on ad is omfg. 110% I believe. Aside from that, I think she is bugged or glitched. I recorded a game and watch some replays in super slow mo. When here tenticals hit it is before the animation. Intended? Also the hit box is bigger then showen. Not a lot but enough. I also find it odd that a tenticals has a fat base and goes out to a point yet the hit box is a rectangle with rounded corners. As a vessel I have had tenticals spawn and become untargetable. She was in a fight with my team I was away on their other side of a turret and went to hit a tenticle. When I got closer it became untargetable. I believe her ult tenticles are untargetable. But this one was well away from the fight on a wall, top lane, past the second turret on the upper wall. I will try to post a video here if not directed to another place. While gnar may shut her down in lane, you are still one wrong move away from a tenta smack. Anyway she is a perma ban for me until nurffed a little. Here are some nurff ideas. First tenticals does the max Dmg. Each after does less like so many other multi hit spells. Put that on a like 5 sec rest set or on the tenticals illa actually cast does max and the others do less. Make the vessel stop after killing 2 tenticles not 3 and Shrink the radius. This won't change here Dmg just reduce the zonning a little to even her out. Lower the echo Dmg or the scale of it. I don't think these would ruin her just stop her from being able to 3v1 or more. At least so early. Any ways. Typing on a phone forgive errors. Looking forward to follow up comments and thought.
