Can I have early surrender when I lag?

When I have bad ping after loading into the game, I am ok with taking the loss, but my teammate shouldnt have to waste 20 minute of their time, playing at a disadvantage, and very possibly get get trash talked by the enemy team, even in normals.

(btw it is so stupid how many people don't even realize enemy has an dc/lag/afk, or trash talks anyways after knowing it.)

so can we get a early surremder in game? I am ok with taking penalties like leaver buster.
