Any Tips for New Ranked Players?

So I just started ranked... and I suck really bad. I only played one game and it's WAY different and more difficult then what I thought it would be! I have multiple questions:

Any tips for these champions that I use the most: (Items) (builds) etc.

Also most recommend spells.

Well first off if you don't find yourself doing well either go to normals and practice or do ranked and get what rank you deserve then try and climb your way up.
