15+ minutes to get a game going

I think we have all dealt with people dodging. Consider, Summoner's rift takes a minute or two to get going, plus the loading screen, plus getting a team that doesn't dodge (especially if they don't like the character you picked)...

We are talking 15+ minutes to get a game going for a title that has tens of thousands of players at any one time.
