jgl patch 8.10

riot u fucked ap jgl even more and u are so dump to not see what u just did. ap jgl has always been hard in early game and now u nerf a jgl early game wich means u nerfed ap jgl even more. by adding the new runics jgl item your not buffing an ap jgl with it. an ealy gank is not build around that item but around your clear. By adding this item is an ap jgl not good early and too far behind for mid and late game. i don't know who the brain is behind these changes but they need to be changed back to how jgl used to be.
