Are there any plans to buff Azir?
I love the mechanics that he has in his kit but, I feel like Im crippling my team early game if I pick him and he just feels so weak until late game

A rework is on the table for him, along with Kalista. They were both said to not be receiving significant buffs because in the past when they were decently dominant they were uncontrollably dominant (if that makes sense). Riot decided to keep them on the low until large changes.
He can be pretty strong early in moments. I've seen him chunk his opponent from full to almost dead at lvl 4 before backing.
Azir isn't weak at all if you know how to play him he's just hard to learn. If anything he needs to be toned down
