Renekton Power Shift Suggestion

How does Bonus Health scaling on empowered ability casts sound in exchange for some base damage nerfs? It would help reduce his lane bully status and give him a solid identity as a health stacking mobile damage dealing croc monster guy. We all know the tried and true Renekton build variations are more Bonus HP/AD/Resistances hybrid than pure HP/Resistances or just AD so why not help cement that as his thing through what still makes Renekton Renekton; his empowered ability casts.

It would also synergyze very well with his current ult scaling and give some semblance of a cohesive design to his kit for once. It would also help prevent needing to give him Total AD scaling and solidify his current "pseudo jugg pseudo diving fighter" thing. Or is he going to be forever relegated to being an early game centric champ that ultimately gets out scaled by almost everyone? "Early game, the Champion" isn't a healthy design in my opinion.
