I'm losing precision with age, anyone got tips or stories?

My reaction time and mouse precision have been tanking. I register stuff mentally in time but i just don't have the reflexes I did

I just turned 30, I've got arthritis and shit just doesn't work the way it did only a decade ago.

I frequently wind up misclicking, my mmr has been tanking, I've experimented with new Mice, it's not the electronics it's the body.

TL;DR My boomer body is too slow to play this shit anymore and I need tips to speed up

I used to have a pinched sciatic nerve that would occasionally cause pain in my right leg (this isn't helped by people's long periods of sitting). When I realized what it was, I started regularly stretching my limbs to relieve the strain on that nerve, and now I don't feel that pain anymore and hopefully it will help stave off sciatica. Also helps fight against arthritis, which, thankfully I don't have.

Thankfully I don't have slower reflexes yet, either. It helps that I grew up on and still play old school shooters which really encourage that twitchiness, and my family seems to age slower than average.

Well. Yeah you become worse with age its truth. But you also have better judgement and stuff.

Play low mechanically demanding champs that play to your strengths tbh. I like the idea of being an adc main, but have 0 mechanics so it's never gonna happen. Instead, I play velkoz, zilean, and other supports where my lack of mechanics don't punish me as much, and I can use my decision making and such to climb.

You don't have to 1 trick Annie, but there's plenty of Champions with depth which don't require a lot of precise clicking.

Pace or lower your Micro. Things that require lower APM will help a little with arthritis.

Look into mousepad and keyboards that will protect your wrists.

A few things that help 1)Make sure you always sit with active posture, slouching will only hurt more and also cause problems elsewhere 2)Try active clicking games like Osu to help keep your body calibrated 3)Make sure you're sleeping well

They're basics but can help in minor ways

I don't think people know what Boomers are, anymore.

The Dissonant Field is getting stronger. This is bad.

You have arthritis at 30?

That's really unlucky. You should probably look into mousepads to protect your hand.
