When should I pick up Talisman of Ascension on Nasus? Is this the go-to item when you're really struggling in the toplane and are farming under turret or something?

When talisman was a thing, it was rushed either before Trinity or after.

I guess try it in a situation where you would have done Doran's Ring E-spam, but the mana regen might be disappointing.
