revamping masteries (ferocity keystones)

imo there are a couple of problems with the current ferocity keystone masteries. the obvious would be that fervor of battlle and warlords bloodlust are straight up op. even after the change to warlords to only work on enemy champions. second, a missing keystone for damage oriented champions that dont focus on auto attacks and the redundancy of adding 2 auto attack oriented masteries to the tree.

i tried shuffling it around a bit by combining warlords attack speed bonus and fervors on hit bonus into 1 mastery. meanwhile fervor would get replaced by merciless, which fits more into the ferocity tree imo since its purely focused on damage. merciless would be replaced with a new mastery that would deal with the low amount of penetration offered to assassins and mages by the cunning tree, and adds some utility to their spells.

so here it goes

ferocity tree keystone masteries:

warlords bloodlust:

dealing damage with basic attacks increases attack speed by 4% for 4 seconds and grants 2 physcial on hit damage on basic attacks (stacks up to 5 times).

merciless:

deal 5% increased spell damage to champions below 40% health

cunning tree:

Lightbringer:

dealing spell damage to champions reduces their armor and magic resist by (5) (1 per point) and causes them to grant vision for 4 seconds.

replces merciless
